Spiral mixer with removable bowl. Bowl locking through hydraulic hook. Fitted with three motors: one for spiral tool, one for bowl and one for hydraulic unit. Two speeds on spiral tool. One speed on bowl with possibility of reverse bowl rotation in 1st speed. Closed bowl protection in stainless steel and polyethylene with front hole. Electrical box and control panel placed on the right side front the machine (possibility to have them on the left side upon request). Control panel at choice between: two electro-mechanical timers or electronic control panel fitted with bypass selector. This line is conceived for soft dough mixtures with an hydration greater than 55% with European flour and for a semi-industrial use (3/4 cycles per hour, 2 shifts per day).
